(More customer reviews)Not only does the Aquabot keep the bottom, sides, and steps of the pool clean, it's fun to watch! It also removed the black scuff marks left by the previous owners. After 4 hours of operation the metal box housing the power supply gets very warm, but this is probably normal. I see one area for improvement and this would be to have a swivel type of attachment where the cord attaches to the vacuum. The cord does get very wrapped and tangled around itself, so I have to untangle it or reverse the cleaning pattern each day. However, the time it takes to do that is far less than the time it would take to vacuum and brush down the pool manually. I highly recommend the Aquabot over the smaller automatic cleaners because it's bigger, faster, has its own power supply that you just plug into an outlet, and it does a thorough cleaning job.
