(More customer reviews)This brush isn't soft like my original Dyson brush that broke. The bristles are hard and not flexible, so when you try to vacuum anything that is dusty, the dust gets stuck on the bristles and clogs the brush. I wish I had purchased the real Dyson one. It wasn't worth saving $10 to get the aftermarket one.
