I receive the wrong filter the first time, but after contacting the seller, they sent the right filter, with postage to return the wrong filter. I also am afraid I wasn't very nice when I contacted them as my husband had just got out of the hospital and receiving the wrong filter was "a last straw", but the seller was very polite and professional. I do hope they know I appreicated that. I will be buying from them again.
