Arrived via UPS damaged, not once, but twice. Big dissapointment. The company reps were apologietic and helpful in getting me another order...but one week later when it arrived I couldn't help thinking it was exactly the same box, only this time more damaged than the first time.
Too bad becuase I wanted to buy an American made product.
