The cleaner is super strong and picks up everything in its path. I used the Micro-Filter bags that came with it and even sucked up spots of algae I had in my pool. My automatic cleaner can't even do it as well as the Max did. The cleaner was very easy to set up and guess what, NO HOSES!!! What a blessing, if you make one purchase for your pool this year, do yourself a favor and get this cleaner, you will be so happy you did.
