(More customer reviews)I tried very hard to make this work. The so-called "simultaneous vacuum and draining" just does not work that way. It vacuums with very little suction for a few seconds, then stops to let water drain out. By that time, most of what was sucked into the hose, returns back to the pond anyway. This turned out to be just a huge waste of electricity. Very noisy, too.
